Visit the snowy villages

When you can, escape to the snowy villages around Valencia. Some of these include Enguera, Requena, Játiva or the old town and Roman theatre of Sagunto.

Will you be cold? Yes, but how beautiful the villages are when they are snowed in. And, let’s face it, your Instagram photos are going to be perfect, what’s the point 💁💁♂️

In Valencia the ice rinks are chasing you. Even if you don’t want to go to an ice rink, it will come to you🤣. Seriously, there are a lot of them. And no, we’re not exaggerating.

These are the most typical ice rinks that you can find in Valencia every year:

Bonaire Ice Rink Open all year round. Yes, yes… ALL year round.

Ice rink CC El Saler Available from 1 December to 5 January.

Nuevo Centro ice rink Open from the beginning of December until 6 January.

Ice rink in the Town Hall square The Town Hall square opens the doors of its ice rink from the end of November until the first week of January.

At Christmas time Valencia is even more beautiful, if that is possible. A multitude of markets and fairs take place in the city.

Strolling through the streets of Valencia at this time of year you will love it. You can see the souvenir stalls and try different food trucks.
